Our Values

Do I dare

Disturb the universe?

Do I dare to eat a peach?

‘The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock’ – T.S. Eliot

PEACH Magazine is a publication devoted to the publishing of artistic and creative expression. Based at Queen Mary, University of London, we aim to offer a creative home to those who long for one; a space where everyone and anyone can collaboratively explore their own creativity with freedom and without judgement. Creative spaces can be intimidating and difficult to access – we aim to flip the switch on this, offering as many accessible opportunities for creative development as possible.

We want to provide a space for the many; a place where people are united by their inventiveness and where we can celebrate the incredible diversity within the arts. Our goal is to crack the exclusionary coating that keeps artistic representation out of reach from those who aren’t white, cis, and wealthy. In the past, we feel that PEACH has been complicit in this exclusion in its failure to combat the oppression that shapes the art world. This year, we are stripping down PEACH to its very bones and building it back up, all with the aim of cracking open the creative world so that it can hold home to all artists.

We are so excited to be going on this journey! If you would like to join us, you can do so becoming by a member here. If you would like to have your work published, then click here for more information on how to do so.
